Château de Chenonceau in Loire Valley

The Château de Chenonceau is a French château spanning the River Cher, near the small village of Chenonceaux in the Indre-et-Loire département of the Loire Valley in France.

It is one of the best-known châteaux of the Loire valley.

What to do in the castle ? :

Cathedral of Our Lady of Chartres

Chartres Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of Our Lady of Chartres (French: Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Chartres), is a Roman Catholic church of the Latin Church located in Chartres, France, about 80 km (50 miles) southwest of Paris.

It is designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which calls it “the high point of French Gothic art” and a “masterpiece”.

Claude’s Monet House and Gardens at Giverny

Oscar-Claude Monet was a French painter, a founder of French Impressionist painting and the most consistent and prolific practitioner of the movement’s philosophy of expressing one’s perceptions before nature, especially as applied to plein air landscape painting.

There are two parts in Monet’s garden: a flower garden called Clos Normand in front of the house and a Japanese inspired Water Garden on the other side of the road.

It’s a must do, it is a gorgeous garden! You will enjoy walking and taking beautiful photos of the garden.

Moët et Chandon is one of the world’s largest champagne producers and a prominent champagne house. Moët et Chandon was established in 1743 by Claude Moët, and today owns 1,190 hectares (2,900 acres) of vineyards, and annually produces approximately 28,000,000 bottles of champagne.

Dom Pérignon is a brand of champagne produced by Moët & Chandon. Dom Pérignon was the first prestige cuvée, an idea proposed by Englishman Laurence Venn.  It is a vintage champagne, meaning that it is only made in the best years, and all grapes used to make the wine are harvested in the same year.

Parc Zoologique of Thoiry

The zoo is offering safari tours with wild animals, a world farm & maze, a play area for children, and a castle with gardens.

There are different times which the raisers feed some animals such as cheetahs, red panda, panthers.
Don’t forget to see the one for the lions and tigers since you will be under a long tunnel in glass. You will be very close to them to see them and take photos
