Why Should I Book In Advance?

Our shuttle service is an on-demand service, therefore we recommend you to book to guarantee you a shuttle waiting for you at your arrival or at your departure time. We recommend you to book at least 24 hours in advance. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute request.

Which places do you pick-up and where do you transport?

We provide transport to and from: Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais airports Paris City, Paris train stations and Disneyland We also propose excursions to Giverny, Chateau de Versailles, Vallée de la Loire castles, Normandy trips etc… You can also have a customized journey. Please check for prices with our reservation service and make a reservation.

Where do I find the chauffeur when I arrive?

​Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals exit, holding a board with your name written on it. If you don’t see the driver, please contact us on: +33 76 3663030
Note – Busy Terminals such as Terminal 2E/2F in Paris CDG airport, chauffeur entry is from Gate 16.
Orly Sud airport is from Gate L, all our vehicles are parked in the specially allocated “Parking Pro” parking.

How can I contact your office when I arrive in the airport?

How long will it take to get to my hotel or Terminal?

​From/To Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports it may take between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the traffic, unforeseen events and your destination/pick-up place. From/To Beauvais airport, the travel time is around 90 minutes

Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal? To my hotel?

​Yes. Since we only provide private shuttle services, in which you will be the unique client, we will drive you directly to your destination.

What can be done if my arriving flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, as soon as you land, if you don’t see our driver please contact our office to the following number: +33 76 3663030. We always check flight schedules and we may already be aware of the delays. If the shuttle scheduled for you had already left, we will send you another. As we have several shuttles working.

Comfort of our shuttles

​Our shuttles are of the latest model, air-conditioned. All of them can comfortably seat 8 or more adults, with luggage.
You are not allowed to smoke and to eat inside.
Each vehicle is comfortable seated according to requested person’s amount and please do reserve the vehicle according to the luggage with you as a vehicle can hold a certain amount of luggage.
No luggages or bags are allowed in the seating areas.
Damages or making a mess in the vehicle will have charges of minimum 100.00€ (unclean shoes, throwing dirt on the vehicle floors, vomiting etc..) as we strive to have a very clean and luxury vehicle for all clients.

Do I receive a confirmation when I book?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation by mail immediately after your reservation, with all the details regarding your meeting point and with our phone number. Please contact us if you didn’t receive your email. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

How far in advance can I change/cancel my reservation?

​You need to cancel or change your reservation 24hours before your arrival time.

My pick-up time seems too early. Can I reschedule it?

​For international flights, we have to schedule the pick-up time 3 hours before the flight. We can reschedule your pick-up time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays occurred by client-requested changes.

My pick-up time is schedule for 3 hours prior to my flight. Is this sufficient time for an international flight?

​For security reasons, international flights require a 2-hour check-in prior to boarding. As Paris is a town with a lot of narrow streets and traffic jams that requires one-hour-time to secure your flight. Therefore, your pick-up time will be 3 hours before your flight time.

A group of us are arriving/departing to/from different terminals/locations, but we want to all ride in the same van. Is this possible?

​Since all of you are arriving at the same time, you have to make one reservation, under one name providing us with all the details needed for picking you up at the airport. While departing, please make the reservations under one name and one time, providing us the details of pick-up places. Or you can call or email us the details and we will create the bookings necessary.

Do you provide car seats for children under 3?

​We provide car seats for children under 3 free of charge. Please state your requirements while making your reservation or contact us if you need to add it to the reservation. Please indicate the child’s age in order to have the correct type of baby seat.

How much should I tip the driver?

​It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver or not.
